Damage repair

Unfortunately, during the life of a floor, damage due to building damage occurs again and again. The floors are also damaged by break-ins and other mechanical impacts, small fires and water influences.Parkett Nürnberger has the expertise, experience, trained employees and the necessary tools and equipment to eliminate this damage as far as possible.In the case of water damage, for example, the following procedure must be followed:

1. Find the cause


The source of the water damage must be identified, which is usually the responsibility of the architect or the heating engineer and plumber.

2. Fix or repair the cause


The damaging water influence must be eliminated, which is usually done by the respective specialist craftsman.

3. Drying out the structure & topsoil repair


The wet components, such as walls, ceilings, plaster, screed insulation, screed and top floor, must be completely dry so that the damage does not reoccur. Drying companies are usually helpful here. If they then confirm that the entire structure is dry, the actual damage, for example to the parquet or floorboards, can be repaired by Parkett Nürnberger in consultation with the customer.
